If it is just 1 loan then admins will probably fine you twice the amount you borrowed.
If it is many loans or you have any other illegal transfers then admins may block your character. |

If you return loans to your multis you will be just increasing your illegal transfers and will most likely have all your characters blocked.
If you want a chance of avoiding this you will need to send the 422g & 7 crystals to character EMPIRE.
You also need to list ALL your charcters at the top of all of their profiles. |
