Neutral monsters such as Renegate Scouts are not effected by your FSP.
But if you are hunting gargoyles, gargoyles will deal less damage to you because you have wizard faction 4. |

No. the Fsp percentage bonus only affects those opponents who have a hero.

Fsl - Increase your troops atributes (It's will make your troops stronger)
Wizard + Fsl - Increase your damage agains't neutral creatures.
Fsl + all other racial - will bost your faction special skill and make you more stronger.
