Transfer just mean that you send something for one character to another.
There exist both legal and illegal transfers.
There is many forms of illegal transfers, but the most common ones transfers between two characters owned by same person, which is strictly forbidden

| you did ilegal transfers too i see many gold send to you from your others account wich is against the rules return all that gold to empire or someone will report you and you will be blocked. |

as tuna said, if you make illegal transfer in the past, you better transfer the gold/resource/art that you get illegally to empire hoping you wont get blocked |

why do people get banned for doing that.
People are getting banned because they get an unfair advantage over the other players, by doing illegal transfers. For example, getting a lot of gold from other characters if an unfair advantage over a player who gets gold only by enrolling, doing fights and playing game economics.
Sooner or later all the players who do illegal staff get banned or heavily penalized. I suggest you play clean and solve your illegal transfer as soon as possible. |

and copy lines from transfer log to yuor profile so admins can easily see you have tried to fix past mistakes.
Illegal transfers are those between characters belonging to one person but can also be for sending/receiving gifts or loans above allowed limits, transferring an item at a very cheap/expensive rates, etc ... To understand them all then spend some time reading the rules. It is time well spent as it saves you trying to log on one day only to find all your characters blocked. |
