is it always profitable to repair from someone like persefona for 50% for 31% cost?
every time? |
It always depends on the art, it is very complicated to work out if it is worth it or not. |

in this way i think, that is profitable. |

so evry art is profitable to repair un 50% for 31% cost |
It is maybe always profitable but sometimes profit is near zero (items such as mithrill longsword, ruby gladius, blade of rebirth and maybe more). I would have to be checked all one by one. |

It needs to be calculated for each item.
But really the profit margins are small. |

i need the formula,i want even 50 gold profits |
What items will you need repairing? |
every time?
Definitely not, since the max durability keeps decreasing by 1 each time you repair it. |
i need a formula,i can then calculate myself.
no body can answer?not even experienced mods? |
friends i need just a formula,its urgent.
i"ll calculate myself but plz teach me how to calculate |
As long as
(Gold earned per loan out) * (50% * (Max Durability of art -1)) > (31% * Cost of Repair for Art)
OR
(Gold earned per hunt art is used in) * (50% * (Max Durability of art -1)) > (31% * Cost of Repair for Art)
You are profiting |

If it is a heavily enchanted art then I would say it will almost never be profittable to have a 50% repair done (same for some rare arts).
For the rest then you should be in profit for at least a few repairs. |

thank u for the formulas BUT.i want to know that if it decreases the cost per battle then im in profit,so how do i calculate that weather repair is increasing the cost per battle or reducing it?

if i could know that how much is the reduce in selling prices to empire after repair, then i can calculate |
how do i calculate that weather repair is increasing the cost per battle or reducing it?
for unenchanted shop arts, it's fairly simple:
if the art is brand new: divide its total cost by its durability.
if the art has been repaired: divide the repair cost by the durability left.
if you're planning on repairing it: divide whatever you're about to pay to repair it (50%, 100%, 110% or whatever the smith requires), by the durablity left after the repair is done.
the tricky thing is that the value you come up with (price per battle) should always be compared to the cost per battle of a brand new art, regardless of if it's increasing or decreasing. if the cost per battle is superior to that of a brand new art, lose the used one and get a new art. |
