| There is no normal response time. It could take minutes, hours, days or weeks. Do not always expect a reply. If I were Arctic, I would ignore unblock requests for BOW blocks. Or at least have it as lowest priority.
A BOW block is in itself unnecessary so I am surprised it is even done. It adds to the workload and does not fulfill any useful purpose. You can just as well change the email and type in a long random password. |
| Just be patient and don't keep on about it in mails/forums etc or you may instead just end up annoying the powers that be (which would be unlikely to encourage them to give the result you are looking for).. |
