Well the IP sharing would be the most likely reason for the block.
However, your account elf, has numerous illegal transfers, so it won't be unblocked. For example, you have transferred gold from your multi, I_am_the_best to _elf_007_. There are numerous illegal transfers from Coolist girl to _elf_007_ and to I_am_the_best.
So my suggestion to you is that your account won't be unblocked because of all the illegal transfers. The account that you are on now is also riddled with illegal transfers. You should create a topic in the finance complaints section confessing that you have broken the rules with that account.

| main and multi involving transfer is always illegal, and gift limit rules doesn't mean you can transfer gift into one person always..:P (i learned it from my LWM experience ) |

Several rules are broken:
3.10. It is allowed to create additional characters to familiarize yourself with features of other factions. Additional character must be completely independent; remember, that extrachars created for financial profiting of the main character in any way are blocked without hesitation.
3.13.1. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.
3.13.7. Additional characters are not allowed to interact with Estates in any way, i.e. buying or selling them (including bidding on them at the auction), renting rooms, storing artifacts, etc.
Your character Elf 007 has also taken loans from Coolist girl and not returned them.
These are a few of the rules that have been broken. So again, I suggest you read the rules again and become familiar with them. |

I can't guarantee anything. But I suggest you make a topic here; https://www.lordswm.com/forum_thread.php?id=113 - Mention that you have broken the rules and ask for a penalty. Hopefully they will penalize you and not block the account.

You will be unable to get _elf_007_ unblocked. There are too many illegal activities and illegal transfers on it. So my suggestion is that you forget about that account. |
