Tetris is one of the earliest games I think originally on a gameboy but got ported across pretty much all systems in some way shape or form.
Some research was done that those who ate wheat performed better at tetris than other cereal crops, hence wheat improves tetris! Other research has come to light recently sabout wheat. According to some news headlines wheat increases tendonitis. It is currently unconfirmed as to whether this is as a result of the extra wheat fueled tetris playing or as a result of some autoimmune response to the gluten.
