You do if you play a charmer elf with innate swiftness, especially in pirate WGs
Pirate WGs? Are you sure? I play classic elf, with Innate Swiftness, and my cannons always have speed 0 in pirate WGs, which, btw, is the easiest type of errand for me. |

Nothing to do with innate swiftness or not in WG.
WG is based on completed combats, if the combat your combat is based on, that player had innate swiftness (or thief set), then your cannon will have speed.

The TG points alone were very nice.. The set effect of Ocean set & Dark set must also be determined. I was hoping for a pirate artifact though.
