AuthorPirates raids
for Meshy:
i would take pirate magican ring every time
By any chance, would you want my 78/78 pirate magic ring to trade for your ocean boots then?
That stuff is unsellable I tell you.
for The One Ring:
capitans i mean :)

+i sold boots 70k
what are you talking about. not quite true. i have lost half of my army before i even move. facts here

now you see? top100 list is dominated by lvl 10-13,facts here
for Fallen Atheros:
thats more of determination not lvls. score desparity was to big to blame it on levels.

1. using best arts.
2. using best tactic and best faction witch suits that faction
3. risking for better score not farming safe guild points.

there were alot of mid lvls in there. it means they were willing to invest their time and using best arts.

Victories / Combats: 106 / 108

Silver available: 1,306
Silver gained: 93,831

look here is indicator that higher lvls could score. its their problem not that its biased towards mid lvls.
for latviesu lords:

are you telling level 17-22 have less dedication than low levels? nice joke:)

anyway, disscution with you is pointless so this my last reply
Events always gets dominated by lower levels, this has been the case for years, but a lot of people still refuse to see the facts and still want to stay in denial.
The way the game is built right now it is clear the admins didn't put much thought in the playability of this game for the higher levels. The higher level you become the less playable it starts to become. At lower levels it doesn't matter much when the AI even has twice the army size since they hardly have any talents. But at higher levels when the AI has even over 30% your army size it suddenly becomes extremely difficult due to the AI also having tons of talents to back the army up with it. And when the AI shows up with double your army it becomes even impossible. The admins still fail to see that the same fight for a lvl 18+ is practicly ten times harder than for a level 8-12, while thinking the AI army strength % difficulty is the same for both disregarding completely the difference the added talents bring into it. This is also why the top players hardly play any events at all competitively while they are the highest active players on this game.
It probably IS harder to do well as a higher level, but not impossible as we see high levels can still play well.

Competitive players don't complain that they are fighting a tough enemy, they rise to the challenge. People who like to complain just aren't very competitive, they prefer the challenge to fall to their level. Maybe some players just aren't as competitive as they think they are.

Failing that, it should be simple enough for a very high-skilled and committed high level player to create a little Level 5-8 combat account only for events and win every event. Or not...
Atheros, you averaged around 5 minutes per game [as seen between consecutive trade ship battles], while latviesu averages upward of 10 (sometimes 15) and myevan2 also more than 8.
Maybe this is a terrible metric, but I seem to think that the ones who put in more time for each game, can expect a better result.

This is also why the top players hardly play any events at all competitively while they are the highest active players on this game. I would think that's because they enjoy button clicking for TG and QT and MG, a lot more than seriously spending time to play the event.
Lawton, meanwhile you averaged an astounding 2.5 minutes between games.
I can only guess that you never took the event seriously, and only farmed. So I can only presume that your views are based on past experience with events rather than this particular one.
Why do people always assume that you are complaining when all you are doing is presenting facts? Probabely because it is easy to derail the presented facts instead of addressing them.

Also it is not a probability that it is harder for higher levels, you'll start to get yours when you surpass level 17, so enjoy creating tons of low level accounts by then since that's your answer.
SwiftBladez also does easily 10+ mintes between consecutive matches.
In fact, I'm pretty sure at this point that if I wrote a script to calculate the median time between consecutive games for each person, it would correlate with their final scores much stronger than combat level.
Since events are practicly catered towards lower levels I don't take any event seriously anymore and only play those where I can farm the sp for a faction that I am not using.
Past experiences? Show me an event where the results are not dominated by low level people.
I have no issue at all with events being dominated by low level people. I only have a problem if higher levels put in more effort and still get less scores. That is generally not the case.

Past experiences? Show me an event where the results are not dominated by low level people.
Not quite relevant to my point, but this one comes to mind. No I didn't have to "search for it". It's just the previous event itself.

for The One Ring:
and 1st place got assistance from clan mates he got carried there quite a bit at the start.
@The One Ring, half of the list of that previous event are still under level 16, you clearly have no idea what a high level even means, give it a few years when you reach 17 and you will whistle a different tune when you'll see up close how much of an impact the talents really make on the AI.
half of the list of that previous event are still under level 16
Half under 16, half over. I doubt you call that "domination"
Show me an event where the results are not dominated by low level people.
Yes, keep running in your circle of denial while 95% of the events are dominated by low levels by pointing to the 5% where it is not.
for The One Ring:
dont waste your time dude.
Lawton scored 19k silver... didn't even try to fight anything remotely difficult. 108 wins, though.

It's easy to tell who wants to fight a challenge and who wants an easy battle.
