Could someone explain how the Hero moved forward on the ATB scale despite not having Sorcery Talent?

Maybe UN old racial is applying partly? Or it's the racial ability of alt-UN they may introduce with this event. Idk.

maybe because mass spell moves the caster back by only 0.5 back on the ATB scale. (from talent description)

Mass spells do move the caster by 0.5 on the ATB scale, but my entire question is, why does the hero move forward on the ATB scale when using Raise Dead while not having any arts or talents (Like sorcery) to do so?

Old racial ability? So before it used to move the hero forward on the ATB scale (On top of moving the troops forward) when using raise dead? That's OP :o

In that specific turn in question, we have:
m0160002 I0200016 Srsd016020099000195 i0160073
016 is your lord
020 is your lich
- I_020_00016 gives 100 + lord's remaining ini to your lich so they can be placed on the atb bar.
- Srsd_016_020_09_9_000195 is your lord raising lich with necro fl 9 using 9 mana for 195 hp.
- i_016_0073 gives 73 ini to your lord as opposed to the usual 100 (and 50 for using mass spell/wait).

This is 27% faster hero turn which corresponds with what #144 suggested (old unholy bonus of [3xfsl]% faster turn).

However, the HP bonus isn't there (no nature latent + 5sp gives 195hp).

the difficulty is so annoying :| and mage fights are almost impossible to deal with.

I love vampires!

But the difficulty sure is rising fast. Couldn't do a single 5th or 6th difficulty battle today (Always getting wizards or impossible towers and troop stacks).

does defence help against mage hero's magic damage?
no, only magic resist bonus found on arts info page
and does raise dead hero spell gets strong with SP?
yes it gets stronger with higher SP, but with no nature talents its still not great

It does not scale linearily, it is not very good.
