since we know the clan cost i think each member should pay pârt of this cost!
Let's say : 100K as final cost.
ATM we are having 10 members = 10K each
you can refund the gold back when new members will come later! I ll use my MC fund to pay the fee and i ll gift as moderator if the council accept me as moderator (i ll name one of my mc member)

I won't restrict access to anyone, or make it difficult in any way, for anyone to enter the Council. I also don't want to engage in any issue regarding how much each member or MC should pay; i'd rather have everyone focused on what we can do with such a gathering of players - there are still many possibilities to explore in the inter-MC world.
My commitment to bringing this project to life involves coughing up the dough to create the hosting clan without bothering anyone else or wasting time with this. After the clan is setup (and i do mean AFTER), i will accept small donations of up to 5k from anyone who wants to share the load with me, up to a combined total of no more than 50k.
Also, i will be in the Council solely as a representative of my MC (which means i'll transfer the leadership to whom will act as Secretary of the Council).
Finally, the name of the clan, correctly spelled, will likely be "Military Clans' Council". Or "Council of Military Clans". Can't decide which sounds better :-) |

In earlier times. there was a council of cloven elders in which the cloven elders joined hands and fought together with their tribes
here tribes can be military clans and representatives can be the cloven elders |
| We shouldn't be too hasty in engaging roleplay in this project. We can play out many stories from within the Council, to participants from all the MCs involved (that's someting that will be at hand for anyone who enjoys roleplay and writing to take advantage of), but we should keep the core of the project as simple and sober as possible - at least until Admins and Arctic have a say on it. Also, some members might not be as keen as others in roleplay, and they could feel awkward. This is IMHO anyway, if the majority speak in favor of a more roleplayer-ish name, it shall be done :-) |

My suggestion, as probably not everyone wants to discuss this matter in a public forum:
Create a forum section in either WG or A&D forum or anywhere else and discuss then there what this clan should be for. If you get a base there, create the clan. |
| Like i said in my first pm to MC Leaders, this Council is actually to be created with no immediate purpose. That doesn't mean it's useless... We must not forget that unless we take the initiative, Arctic/Admins won't do this for us. The mere existance of this Council shouldn't hurt anyone; and its readiness may be explored by many to create positive stuff - the inter-MC world has barely been explored. Above everything, this Council should be a mean of communication, ready to be used if necessary. Such a mean does not exist atm. It should also do some good to strenghten our community - bringing MCs together cannot be a bad thing. |
Looking forward to this project, but I doubt it can be more than organizing CG battles between MC members and thats it. Admit it if you want to include more MC in this game it needs .ru administration attention, not Arctic... just a few cents from me.
