Because level 3-4 are most of the times supporting accounts. Level 3 with few hunts and great labourers guild is usually a feeder, while levels 5-7 are the main multis. Level 5 because most of the players get a penalty before reaching level 7. |

Sad, sad thing..I was looking for the penalty for this whole day. Observing what would happen. 5000 gold and a warning. Everyone who knows what it takes to win 50 thief points should be sad as well. 52 staged ambushes for 5000 gold. :-( |

Actually the penalty was for a staged duel, the ambushes got just a 1 gold warning. |
| 66. I thought 5000 penalty is for each staged combat, but that is not true. It is 1 rule break : staging, no matter how much combats you can do before penalty. Just not fair but alright with the rules. |
| I might be mistaken, but the penalty is labeled with the warid of one single duel, so I concluded that the penalty is for the duel and the warning for the rest. |

| Though I see this is done to prevent people, who are unaware of the rules to amass a great penalty which scares them out of the game, I still deem it sad that there is no way to remove the attained guild points to give the player the opportunity of a fresh start. |

Since CaA is not a place for discussion and the rules and their enforcement can only be observed, not discussed there, I would like to ask something here: Does a family member have a full status, allowed to send artifacts, repair, smuggle thief arts, enchant, borrow, send gifts and everything even to a BROTHER playing on the same network/PC?
Because I have a brother, an older PC, network switch, so there should be nothing between me and wealth sharing with my family. |

I dont see any penalty in your transfer log so I suppose there is still one waiting for you, its a bit sarcastic to say hey i am a cheater without a penalty in a topic named cheaters everywhere, BUT I would really like to see an explanation about the family members rules from someone who understand the rules perfectly. |

This is a pure definition of password transfer, I have censored the name because this is not a complaints section. Many of the high level players cheat this way, I have seen whole clans build up for the reason of 24/7 group enrollment. |

From what I have always understood (which I was told was confirmed by Arctic), a family member using same PC is allowed to trade items valued at average market price and any suspicious one-way transfer can still be regarded as financial assist. |

I was thinking...can we hope something will ever happen? Does someone think that the present situation is critical? I think the rules are collapsing, there are always 2 parts of the law. Rules and enforcement. The enforcement of financial cheating seem to be missing at all. Everyone with a peanut instead of brain can see at least 500 multis to block. There are more than 30 pages of that stuff in that forum section. Does anyone care? I am feel terrible about it. |
