Anyway, no one as anything to tell us? They had the greatest event of all time on .ru and no one has something curious to tell us?
At least, is anyone able to tell me how they get racial artifacts and medals on .ru? Quest for the giulds? Prize for events?

lol, I doubt it :) For one thing, elfius doesn't have people to fill those clans - and even if they did - we know what method they use instead -_-
limit of people for battle clan will be lower here than on .ru, so Kotrin registered couple of extra clans just in case.
Consider this - WG has more people than Elfius - and far less clans :) |

On .ru only war clans can take part in clan wars (big suprise here) controll territory, have their buildings on map and probably own facilities (not sure how exactly it works, but all this is atributed to war clans)
Now here's something I know for sure: only war clans can set clan.. applications(?) in war events. Remember battling dragons?
Also only war clans get trophies like rare artifact sets.
