14 level is the max on .ru server? But the first player has enough xp to be at least 15 or 16 level... Anyone knows if they are going to update this? What about tier 6 and 7 upgrades?

You can't know that. Admins alone decide when someone has enough xp for level up - they will add new level when they see fit.

Well, obviously there are no updates yet, and I think they are tied to max level. Considering that 5th upgrade is availiable from level 14(13) there probably won't be another upgrade until lvl 15 is introduced. |

well yes they have 3 upgrades but here they putted some upgrades pictures as ultra upgrades like vampire counts they truly have black hair and a vamp dress but with some red colors and vampire princes have the white hair so i think there is no ultra upgrades i could be wrong also
