I dont use SoM, cos it is expensive ;)I am hunting and doing MG quests only.
I am wearing defender shield, amulet of luck and reprisal sword on lvl 8.
It costs me 103.76 gold per fight.
SoM on its own costs 130.22 gold per fight. It gives you more attack and initiative, but no defence and no luck...
btw, how do you do your ambushes on lvl 8? |

For what purpose? I find that changing Talents to suit the situation is good.
Your current talents point to Magic Necro, but your SP and Knowledge isn't high enough to do much damage and survive. But I agree that that talent spread is correct for Poison Necro.
For Might Necro Basic Defence, Vitality and Basic Nature works well. |

thanks. how high should spell point go for poison necro? i figure that the 2 extra points from basic erudition could go to spell and knowledge at different situations.

| well at my lvl the way to go seems tobe a mix off attack and raise, send all ur skeles to there distracting deaths and watch ur zombies get angry, and ghost is hard to hit so i can attack and dodge quite a few attacks while dishing out major hurt and zombies can take so much damage |
| to Branan: your biggest weakness at this lvl is "step on". When oponent put a strong unit on your death unit, so you cant raise. If you avoid this, you can win against every race ;) |
