hey..
my hunts are alot more difficult than last lvl... i fought against 2000 goblins.. changed my skillpoints to attack... and still i lost this battle.. ok unluck.. with appas but.. this hunt should be won anyway.... this hunt wasnt green or red.. i dont like to wear full art.. in hunts thats lame. |

due to a lot factors, it doesnt mean a GRAY hunt means it is really piece of cake for you to deal with :) |
2000 goblins should be very easy for a lvl10 necro :)
Lol u made a lots of mistakes:
- first of all why didn't u change your talents also? - when you have changed to 'combat' necro
- there is no need to 'rush' into arms of goblins with vamp, appa ....
u should wait at start and also try to hit so that not all stacks can reach your units
- try to 'just' defend your skellies and u will win such an 'easy' hunt |
Hunt colours are...not so true.
While in the lower levels this might be true, but in the higher levels they aren't. Hunt colours are based on the best hunt record in the Top hunters category in your level and faction. Before, monsters were dumber, therefore the hunt could have been won easily. The 'best' hunter might have had diamond upgrades and fully enchanted arts. Therefore, it is best that you apply logic, check the last time you fought that monster, and check the best hunt record for that level.
Hunt colours (this might be wrong, but I'm sure Straws or some other person will post the correct one)
White: 30% or less
Green: 50% or 30.00000001%
Yellow: 70% to 50.00000001%
Red: 100% to 70.000000001%
Red!: 100% or more. |
Yes, and the higher the level the more careful a hunter should be.
Green hunts are quite doable until level 10. But at level 11, I often get crushed even by white hunts.
It's just that at higher level players really struggled to achieve the best hunt records possible - full enchanted arts and the like. So, if you think you can win an "easy" hunt with min AP and without minding much, you're out for some trouble :) |

I spend 6 months trying to beat a white hunt. I just barley win it after changing faction and leveling up... |

Call me a bit twisted, but I think is fun to break a record an change the hunt indicators :o)
I have beaten a record on lvl 10 that is higher than the lvl 11 and 12 record. That means that you can have a yellow hunt I knight lvl 10 and it becomes a hunt record when you lvl up to lvl 11 ;o)

yes, it makes me sometimes crazy too..... green hunt and you need at least master hunter set to do it :-( and often after succesfull victory, you gain less then 200 golds (though your expensive are much much much much higher)
let it be...
but some ideas:
1) notice it (change the text, add text on the map, that difficulty of the hunt is compared to best records)
2) compare only to same faction, because some enemies are tougher for some faction and easier for another one |
