Server dead --> No one plays --> No gold
Farming gold for a dead server? What for? It's dead, remember?
People farm gold because they believe there is a future.
Aside from some weird people, the whole point to getting gold is to spend it in the future.
Even if there are no events and nothing to spend gold on, the server still isn't dead. Plus those farming gold believe there will be something to spend gold on or else they are just pointlessly wasting their time for no reason. |

I'm happy that I reached max def from LG. Though I now no longer feel the need to enroll as much anymore.

There are diminishing returns. Reaching 1 million sounds and feels better than 2 million.

Back on topic, yes, TGI prices will keep on going up if players get richer and richer. This is called inflation. But luckily we only need 1 TGI each. The rich characters who already are in TG won't directly affect TGI prices. Only the rich characters who don't have TG would increase TGI prices and harm each other. |

Generally: Don't save the gold. Have your fun now. Most people don't expect this server to grow, maybe it's dead one day und you will have wasted your time in saving gold for nothing.
Reaching TG5 sounds easy, in fact it's a task for hardcore players (At least if we speak about low AP ambushes).
Even with ambushes you maybe will see that this game becomes boring at higher levels. But maybe that's only from my point of view: I can't understand the top 100 players at all.
If you're wife can't stand that you spend 80 Euro into an online game, she will probably hate you if you spend your time in reaching TG5 (or level 14, LG8, whatever...)

1 TGI=80 eurs = 80 diamons=200,000 gold.
So i think the real value of TGI should be 500,000 - 1000,000 gold.
Emprice should auction 20-30 TGIs so that the price of TGI decreases. |
| TGI _is_ necessary for being top. If don't wanna get it, then let it go. Otherwise, "put 80 euro" was the best advice. You'll save lot of your nerves, money, and, what is most important, time. |

TG5 is almost a requirement for being in the top 100.
TG isn't really necessary for low and mid level players. Sure you will miss out on some fun, but you won't really be in any disadvantage for not doing TG.
Now if you are a high level player or plan to be one, then TG becomes more of a priority. Most level 12-14s are in TG and almost half have reached TG5.
Disregarding the thief arts, TG5 TGI return, cost in thieving, ambush gold, etc. at the low-mid levels any initiative (if any) other players of your level might have from TG is very minimal. It's only in the high levels where you need the extra initiative to be on the same level playing field because most of your peers would have TG and be of sufficiently high level in TG. |

Ermmm.. if there's an auction for TGIs (not that I think it's gonna happen), pretty sure the price would be close to market price, unless we are talking of quantity of 100s..
Besides, the winners would be the wheelers and dealers of this game -> the rich will become richer, and the poor (and without TGIs) will.. well, still remain poor and TGIless. |

that was a trap. admins didn't announce clearly on those estate bidding rules regarding the additional character, and blocked mine, totally clean one, without any other transactions or mutual battles, just for that damn bid. and by the way, additional char had only 200k at that time and placed the very modest bid, compare to the selling price, but still get blocked. block now, explain later. that was the rule :( |

That is not true.
General rule 3.13.7 existed and was announced on the forum days before the actual auction starts. It was on a pinned topic by Arctic, along with other FAQs, though I can't find the topic anymore, probably deleted "recently".
