If you do not want threads that are closed (ie, you want to be able to post), just start a new one with the same title ("DE faction topic" or "All about Dark Elf faction: Stats, Talent, Tactics, Strategy" or whatnot) and ask away.
I'm sure other DE players will appreciate a new thread.
