| seriously? seriously? you block Arctic, THE ARCTIC, the one we owe for getting any updates in two years and you report him for not posting his multi's account on his main profile? did you message him first to let him know? its Arctic we are talking about here, the hero of this website. You penalize him for something he may have over looked because he was fighting the admins for us? i move that Arctic be un blocked because of all he has done. |

Let me clarify this!
I didn't want him blocked, and now, I do NOT want him unblocked!
When I report someone in C&A is because he/she broke the rules, NOT because I want him/her blocked!
This petition is made for Her Highness to consider wheather citizen Arctic deserves extenuating circumstances.
It is NOT my wish to unblock citizen Arctic, as it was not my wish to block him. It all lies in Her Highness hands! And YOURS...
Seriously, words fail me.
I have never supported the rule of blocking a character just coz he didn't sign his main/secondary character. I didn't approved of that rule when I was a player, and I still don't agree to that rule now that I'm a mod. Fine, yes. Block, no.
When I see a character that's not signed, I will PM that player and ask him/her to do so, or I'll have no choice but to report him. A recent example I did this was with Liuker. I did that many times, even before I became a mod.
The reason some of us, me included, grit our teeth and slogged on during the Dark Ages was the HOPE that Arctic will come back some day and bring much needed updates to this server.
"Don't worry, the admins will get someone to replace Arctic.", I hear some say? Do you really believe so? IF there was really anyone else, the admins would have done so many moons ago during Arctic's prolonged absence. There is NO ONE else.
If this is indeed real, and not a (sadistic) joke, then I guarantee you people will leave in droves. Then let this day be remembered as the day the .com server.. died.
Of course, hope springs eternal, and let's all hope this whole saga is just Arctic's twisted and perverted sense of humor.. |

Additional characters who aren't signed will be blocked immediately.
Doesn't this mean that only additional characters are blocked?
And one more thing.. who wrote that rules? because the writer isn't included in that rule (If you register an additional character, ...) :D |

If you register an additional character, you are bound to show that in the opening line of the "character information" of both
Note the last word: *both* |

| truly we have never faced darker times but dont the admins know who they blocked it was one of their own? wont they go ask Arctic to make some new changes and then he says that he cant and they will realize the mistake? thats the hope i have for our future it was bleak with Arctic without him... i dont want to imagine. before you report someone for a easily forgettable mistake please let them know. |

I REALLY hope this is just some weird joke by the admins/Artic.
oh here's a weird thought, maybe the admins blocked Artic(for his rule broken)
to see how much of a reaction they would get to see if putting in their time on
this game is worth it, but then again all they would have to do is look at the
form to see all the action it's getting...
Well here's to hopeing Arctic comes back and maybe a rule change about Mults so
