Is it true? | Once you changemain to multi and multi to main, you have to start clearly in your profiles the date and time of change and the change is permanent.
Once you change, you cannot change back. Once a main becomes a multi, it cannot become a main again, etc.

And no, your multi cannot create a clan.

3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees.
Even if the clan taxes/entrance fees is zero.... | You can change your main only once. Your previous main would must likely be blocked for doing things a (now) multi shouldn't do.
