A lord can ask for assistance in hunting after getting level 2 in the guild. The assistant must be present in the same region, have the same combat level and at least level 1 in hunters’ guild.

How do I call someone to assist me in hunt?
Assistance is available since the Hunters' Guild (HG) level 2. You can only et assist from heroes of the same combat level, situated in the same location, and having 100% troops ready. Just click the "Ask for assist" link and wait till someone joins.

you are atm : Hunters' guild: 1 (40.30) +19.7 so you need at least 20 successfull hunt alone to be HG2.
