I hope this time I signed it all properly...

That only works if the characters are truly abandoned (not played for a very long time... maybe about a couple of years or so...) and if the admin deem it acceptable that they are abandoned, else they WILL block your characters regardless of what you write.

to be honest I'm perfectly willing to BOW-block mine 2 multi accounts IF my main gets unblocked...
though I'm surprised by the way admin and keepers react on this case...
in any other game admins and mods are SERVICE FOR GAMERS to help them understand and accept rules...
in this case I see only harsh enforcement of all ways to keep mine chars logged out by all means...
if biography of character serves purpose to understand someone better, how can I be blocked 2 times just for my bio???

though would love to hear Pang's or CBS's view on this case, after all they are keepers...

I read your post on forum and your personal info, and to me it sounded like a BOW. Maybe I was mistaken but I can see why people would think that (actually have a hard time seeing it as anything else).
Making gifts to everybody you could think of afterwards (including the administration) was a really unwise move. And seemed like you where trying to stir up trouble that was out of proportion to the minor punishment against you.

This is not the right forum to ask for help. And sounds more like you are demanding things rather than asking for help.
If you have changed your mind and want to stick with the game, explain it NICELY to the admins and I really hope they will understand, it is a real shame if anyone leaves the game because of a misunderstanding. But these outburst wont help you or the server as a whole. As I said previous, I also understood it as a BOW or at the very least you not want to play any more so admins maybe not entirely to blame |

No, he means that Barilla broke this rule;
3.15.1. Transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Empire is the only character for liquidation transfers.
In doing so Barilla effectively asked to be blocked. Hence BOW.
Now I too believe the question of whether or not his multi char has been signed properly has been answered.
Should Barillareborn wish to make contact with the Administration, he can try to do so through private mailing Secretary upon reaching level 3. As this topic is turning into a conversation, I will be closing it.
