| Hi guys i want to ask that if a clan leader evicts a member for no reason so can the evicted player demand for the refund from the clan fee |

But are you really sure there is no reason for having evicted you?
As far as I know, Jedi should evict only consenting (for several different RL reasons) or long time offline players. |

Nowhere was evicting you mentioned by me before this mail you sent me. If yes, kindly show proof.
Do not speak half-truths and mislead the community.
[2] You have used your status as a clan member to solicitate for loans from members, and some members have also complained about you sending them many mails 'begging' for gold [which is against the rules]. You have also used clan chat to do likewise, even when told not to do it.
I could go on and talk about your transfer logs, but I won't.
You asked to be evicted, and I followed your instructions. Do not turneit around and say anything to the contrary.

[2] You have misled clan members as to the reason why you want/are taking those loans. You gave a variety of reasons when the main reason is to feed your roulette addiction.
[3] Clan have a right to evict any members who have suspicious logs or have done illegal/suspect transfers/transactions. Although it's not the main reason for your eviction, all clans have done such type of evictions in the past. |

for barbmaster: As far as I remember, A&D forbids its members to play roulette. After joining the clan you hence agreed to that policy and on its violation you were kicked out. Its as simple as that. |
The official position about refunding entrance fees and donations to clan is given in the General rules of the game:

Rule 3.26.1 states that if a clan leader has initiated gathering of funds to make a large purchase for the clan but has not done so, all members may claim their donations back.
Rule 3.28 states that if the leader of an MC is changed, any members may claim 100% of their entrance fees and donations made since their admittance to the clan and leave the clan after they receive them.
Rule 3.30.1 states that in process of a clan's militarization, any member's donation for that purpose may be claimed back at any moment as long as the clan has not yet been successfully militarized.
The above are the only cases where the admin team will enforce refunding. In all other cases, it is entirely between the clan leader and his/her members. |
So Arctic, any clan leader can accept entrance fees and donations to his clan and later kick the member out without any reason and pocket the gold for himself (provided the gold wasn't for the above mentioned reasons)? That doesn't sound very fair - but is perfectly within the rules of the game!
