| how can i get my account unblocked if i have no idea the reasoning for it being blocked in the first place. my accounts name is dark_3lfs ive played this game going on 2yrs now and would like to have an account back that i worked hard for and if their is an administrator somewhere out there it would be nice to hear how i can get it back!!!?? plz...i mean this is horrible i dont even get a message or warning or nothing?>>> |

Once you know the rules of the game, you will understand your block. Your account has been blocked because you have illegal transfers, as pointed out in post #2. There is pretty much no chance that your account will be unblocked, since you have clearly violated the rules. |

If your combat level is below the 3rd and you can't use the private mail - either raise your level or ask your friends or clanmates. Contacting the Administration via "Queries & Help" is SENSELESS.

| i didnt know there was rules u couldnt have more than one account and second of all i only have 2 i gave the others to my brother and friends if u cant trade between friends or even ur own two accounts what is the point in playing the game online and having guilds and friends and clans?? and i agree with 1rip1 i mean where is the warning??? i mean yall could atleast work with people i mean its just a game u are administrating cuz u have no life i mean i cant help i dont read pages of terms of use !!!who does but u know what i dont care either way this game was just to pass time has low graphics and cant make money for nothing and how can i see my transfer list or what ive done wrong if i cant log in |

in every game/every software license always include "i have read and agree to the terms and conditions"
So, if you broke any rules before. The punishment will be given upon you

It is normal for many online browser game. It could be exploited if these rules where not in place. You are not allowed to give accounts to others, accounts are personal and must remain so.

If you don't read the rules there is a chance you will break them and get punished simple as that. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse. |

Well, it's all here. In summary, you've been blocked because you have illegal transfers. Your tenure with the game doesn't affect anything. And you did say that you've read the rules and there are multiple other places where this has been stated.
Also, i'm pretty sure bashing the admins is against the rules too. |

reaper8: also if you have been playing this games for years like you say, then you should well know the rules of the game. i for one like this game very much for all the laws and punishments. it makes it fair for those of us who read them or ask for clarification on them. sure some of the punishment is a little severe, but if you read an follow the rules there is nothing to worry about right? |
3.10.1. If you register an additional character, you are bound to show that in the opening line of the "character information" of both, commenting who is the main character and who is the additional one. Just the line "I've got another character" or "This is an additional character" is not enough. Indication of nicknames of them all is obligatory. Additional characters who aren't signed will be blocked on sight.
I've actually used this twice now. But anyways, there's a possible reason why. And financial assists are strictly forbidden. Rules are not subjective, if you break them, you break them. They are objective. Do or do not, there is to try (well, in this case bend). |
