| The best way is for you to be in shining spring, when it comes to enrol, purchase an art from the facility your clan holds. Enrol and then sell the art in the market. |

Not overly populated because of its remote location. Although you will face times when all facilities are running dry then you can do what meshy said. But normally otherwise the place is pretty deserted and you can have 2+ facilities to choose from for enrolling |
