Naapa will not be unblocked because it has the tag saying never to be unblocked. So it won't happen.

You were warned many times before being blocked. Most people who had invested 1000+ euros in something would have thought hard before deciding to ignore all the warnings.
I also don't think the official appeals comission have the authority to unblock someone who has been tagged with a "never to be unblocked" post but could be wrong on this as only ~80% sure.

Nah they can't. Plus this was pre-merge I think and they rarely accept pre-merge cases but yeah I can be wrong.

(In other words, they all agreed to work for us. But, we are not at all agreed to play this game for them)
*They have only rights to control the situation, not to control any players
(Their post and reply should only suitable to questions posted in forum.
But, not anyway depend on the players' profile and their activities.
Also, their replies must be in suggested manner not in commanding manner)

*If any of the above fact is not properly followed by moderators then as a player we have all the rights to file complaint against them.
*As per rule, 'Secretary' is the only way to proceed. But, There is no response from 'Secretary' yet now for anyone from the day1 of the game started.

cantbstopped did a great job and was it not partly due to insulting game officials that your last character got blocked? Maybe doing so again here will not really go in your favour with your appeal.
