@Calamity, actualy cloak of sun has to do with levels as well, as in 'Decreases ranged damage taken by +1% for every owner level.'
Practicly all of the donation artifacts got this attribute of something for every owner level, hence the attraction for the donators.
It's just ludicrous to create six arts as an alternative to one which even has a fixed amount on the server, as in no new ones of it are getting created, so given time they will have gotten used up and dwindle away anyway. |

The two points are not mutually exclusive. Yes the old rings are obsolete, but they are since roc and the new ones have been introduced to balance things up for those that have not roc. If you had a roc then nothing has changed for you, if you did not then now you have access to a ring of similar power and you still have access cheaper rings has pointed above, in some battle types the extra defense is useless anyway. |
