Ermm... I'm an 'obedient' type of knight - when it says BOWmen, I let them SHOOT, u know what I mean.. ? :p
I'm asking coz I have ALWAYS used my Bowmen to shoot, but I just watched the winner of the level 7 Survivor tourney, and in the first few waves, he/she used his/her HUGE stacks of Bowmen to do melee and killed them with ONE hit !! So thought I would try and experiment with that too in some hunts and see how it goes.

i think its becuase xbowmen no. can be upto about 100 and guardians numbers are low |
| Generally the guardians should win out on melee damage against xbow. But aside from the unit number difference I think it's because Pang uses bless. On average xbow damage isn't that great, but the higher end of the damage range is very good. |
| I have a question if I want to go in offensive stance then which one out of battle fury and cold blade would be more effective with basic offense? |

I say battle fury because some monster might be resistant to water damage(its water damage,cold blade, I remeber correctly)and +1 to min and max damage is for everything and nothing can resist more raw damage but some creatures might be resistant to water damage. |
Which neutral creature is resistant to water elemental damage?
xbow have long range of damage 2-8 after battle fury it becomes 3-9 what is the probability that it would be 9 only
so isn't it better to get +15% damage with each strike? |
