| Urgone. I know you do not like to be forced into an unfair PVP fight. Trust me. I dont too. I personally as a thief play as fast as i can when i ambush a naked victim. I dont want to waste his time and i want to get my next caravan. Everybody wins. A fast ambush only takes 2-3 minutes. And if anyone wants his gold back, i would gladly give it back. |
Urgone, it's rather funny how you are trying to present Ambushing as something illegal within an imaginative law-system. Thieving is part of the game as much as hunting, merc quests and pvp are....
And as people stated before, your delaying tactics will indeed slow you down a lot... |

I usually travel with units, but when i am out of time I bet you are happy to see a friend or foe on the battlefield with 1 unit rather than afk. And being afk is really annoying on a thief ambush because of the time. Or else you could perhaps miss the end of a shift maybe? :-) |

Actually it does. Last week I read someone's topic complaining about people traveling with only 1 unit. He was pretty angry about it. |

As a thief myself, I would rather meet a player that travel with 1 unit rather than someone who go afk. |

i have met thieves before and fought my battles quickly and even though i lose i still can get sp and exp
it is also smth to take up the time in between travelling to diff areas |

If I wanted an invite, I'd rent an invite. They're not actually all that expensive (I have enough cash on hand alone), and for somebody who's on as often as I am they aren't hard to pay back. But I do love how some people think this is jealosy.
I'm not going to do it, because it's very annoying to the innocent players minding their own business. Believe it or don't, I don't care enough about points to be doing that to people.
It's a social experiment. If it's annoying enough to enough people, we'll do something about it. Obviously, if the thieves are already whining about it for 60 posts, it's already starting to have an effect. And if it's just me and a few others and most people aren't bothered by it, then it won't come to anything.
So you have nothing to worry about, right? You aren't bothering most people enough that they'll spend hours punishing you back, and the odds that you'll actually ambush me at a moment when I have the time to delay are slim, so why are you bothering to write? |

Urgone, this is my last post in this tread, which i began to consider "useless" since page 3 was at the very beginning. If you like to play in this way, well, you can do it... but don't expect to be loved for this, nor respected. You are showing the most stupid close wiew i've ever seen in a topic about lordswm.
Continue to think in this way, no problem; Instead, I like to play in THIS way... and I lose only 7 minutes of my precious time, dear innocent-player-defender:

And, I must say, I have take a lot of good experience... and I have defeated him, which means that now he will have to wait another long hour to set one other ambush. Which is more hard for him, your solution, or mine?

TGI is one of the part of this game ..
I mean the ambushed ones and the Thieves MUST respect each other .. then For every one that do not want to be ambushed but STILL wanna RESPECT the thieves then do not bring any troops when u r travelling and Do not wear any arts (optional not to waste ur durabilities), then THE MONKS will be ur Troops (coz the monks are the patrol troops of Great Capital) .. Then U FIGHT the thieve ..
For the Thieve : plzz do not CHOOSE ur ambushed ones, just Ambush every one u can AMBUSH ..

Thief is fun.
Anyway most of the time we can caravans.
Maybe becos I hunt less traffic areas^^
Watever it is, become a thief or not is yr choice.
Ambushed is not control by us.
get free Sp for a few golds.
If u wanna upset or slow down the thief progress.
Wear full arts and get tons of Ep and Sp.
