when I was talking about elven power, I didn't mean pure elf sides pwning the other side, just an elf killing more than what was thought possible.

for marghe:
it depends on what you're going to do.
As you are lvl 3, it's probably not a question:
at hunt you get them FE automatically
and for PvP set those you consider most "dangerous"
I can recommend
swordsmen
zombies (ghosts are subtile, not a problem)
gargs
orks
rogues
whounds

for vengeful:
depends what u are fighting against; pvp or pve
for dogknight:
look at the tactics of those record holders in the hunt and see how they do it.
the level of hunt difficulty is based on the record in the hunt so sometimes it is not really accurate (may actually be harder than the colour it is shown) |

even more depends on your own taste :-)
As for me, I prefer to get max luck and probably defense for the rest.
Note, "soldier's luck" isn't of any use at lvl 9 w/o CM archers ;-)
But there are players who take erudition/rally and/or attack and feel quite happy.

I'd suggest to take some sprites :-)
Also:
1) always make at least 1 single fk to take retaliation
2) lightning isn't good use for druids (too little damage), better make skins and then shoot
3) Try to keep your arrows till they come to straight arrow.

| At level 7 with efk i personally will advise to use basic morale and rally. Especially for ambushes |
