I ambush as many people do, nothing special, i can't control who, when or even IF I ambush anyone. So how should this be able to be a "staged combat"?
From rules: 3.16. Staged combats leading one of the parties to losing a priori will be punished for. A staged combat by definition is one where any one of the parties or party members intentionally loses to the other for any reason different from having technical problems with access to the game. Instigation to losing a combat is also forbidden.

There is no other Paragraph that could be a reason for this penalty, and as far we see, THIS one (3.16) is not aswell. |

I travel Great Capital <=> Yellow Lake to get mercenary quests, but its normally not possible (unless you want to have massws of sulfur) to work at Yellow Lake. So i go to Great Capital for working because its nearest working place with sure free place to work.
It happens very often to be ambushed on this way (GC <=> YL), but i don't care, i don't lose artifact durability, just 50 or less gold (that, if you ask kindly, sometimes even comes back to me).
Its free xp and sp (being ambushed can't be planned and therefor has no AP needed) and its even possible to win these ambushes when you are 2 people. Then its even good to be ambushed.
After doing a quest its helpfull aswell, because after the ambush you are fully healed again.
Travelling around is not restricted by any rules from 1.1. till 3.25.1. |

if you are really traveling around to do MG quests, then please explain why there are that few MG fights in your combat log compared to ambushes..

I repeat: No restrictions in travelling anywhere, as said often enough now.
Aswell there is this "3 hour not again being able to be ambushed"-rule, guess why this was made.
Look at how many mercenary quests i already did please, before saying it would be a "bad cover up" and then think about their practicability in winning, thx for doing so.
I am not a multi account of my brother. I was at start (you can look at the very first pages, 20 or so, of my transfer log and you will see very good proof for that), but what he did, was undone 2 months ago as i saw what he did at start (please look at page 1 and the date when it was undone).
And no: i am not happy with having to pay 5000 gold each time i want to travel anywhere! |
