It actually falls under the term "giveaway combat".
there are only 2 solutions:
-Kotrin needs apologize Kusika, because hes dont break any rule
or if he break one
- Kotrin must punish MasterTi 2, because he profited and he was aware of a cheating/rulebreaking.
Option 2, clearly. In *this* battle, MasterTI did nothing that fighting at his best and being crushed in the end. He was fined no later than yesterday for the same rule break. Not that I'm unable to apologize when I'm wrong... I just think I'm not :)

1. 2. Rules are the same on both servers. I'm just using case law from .ru server (ie, their interpretation over what they decided to punish or not on "fringe" rulebreaks like this one). Please be nice and have a look at what Case law means before complaining again.

In this case mods acts as judges an interpet them their way, maybe the information could be better but then again if you don't try to win over your opponenet in some or the entire batle you might want to ask yourself if this is against the rule when you now the sole purpose of a batle is to compete and have fun |

We don't use rules from .ru server, we use .com rules, which happen to be the same than on .ru server.
As a result, we can learn from past judgments on .ru server to know how a particular case has been considered. |

Its not sö loling. 1st Admin whated to create something differnt not just the copy. Cant find the quote.
2nd Even if they crashed on this we are far from the .ru server in everything but the Basics.
If thats all 3.16 stats then such punishment is disposal not more or less.
The bad thing about disposal is even if it seems to be the right thing (wich i wont discouss here) the punished player is unaware of it.
He didnt rules by the book.
So if you whant such behaviour baned or punished there 2things to do.
1st wait till they are there
or 2nd and possibly more suitable because this is still wild west.
Tell them that you dont whant such thing and that you belife its against the rules.
A penalty isnt a warnig its a punishment like a slap in the face. |
OK giving help for raise fsp is against rules. In order to avoid being punished by this, in which cases ??
1) Shared hunt ?? two players against two neutral,.. can you let your partner earn some fsp or you should kill as much creatures as possible??
2) Hunters helps ?? two players against one neutral creature,... same as above???,...
3) Duel/ambush??? one player agains one player,.. seems its ilegal accordingly to rules interpretarion, if you are sure you will win,... and you win, just allow opponet to kill some more of your creatures is illegal
4) Group battle??? if at the end of the combat you are sure your group can win,.. can you wait with your grandmaster bowmen for let your teammates earns some fsp more or shall you kill the others ?? if you wait and its turn from your opponent he can kill some teammate creatures and earn some fsp more,.... |
Try not to forget that everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. You are angry because it was Kusika(we all love Kusika). But it is not fair from him, when he is trying to be above law.
"If you want apologise, I wont play." OK, just imagine for a second that these words went out after a penalty of a normal level 6 player. How would you look on that player?
Also we can all see that combat. Do you really think it was something normal?
This was apparently a case of bad sportmanship, BUT to avoid the Judge Dredd system, rules should be better explained, extended, reviewed. Altough this was my suggestion few days ago(concerning financial assistance laws), some things take time here. |

Just check the post 1, I have started this because I can see something shady about this. Not about the particular case, but about the system applied here. In the worst case we could get a penalty because of mouseslip(when we are drunk and fail to hit, instead just move). |

Again - Kotrin used .ru rules, she think that rules are the same, but its not. So now we have problem some players punished for rules of other server or interpretations of keeper. If keeper is law, where is other keepers? Or we have dictature here? |
