artifacts won't help you, as lvl 4 hero you should have placed all 3 statpoints you received on knowledge (to a total of 4 knowledge) instead of spellpower, attack and defense. My advice: go to the artifact store and buy a potion of oblivion. This will allow you to redistribute your statpoints.
How can I get skeletal bowmwn?

I have 2 questions, pls guide me...

1. now, i have knowledge 4 (mana 40), and i have 1 skill point to use.....

what do u suggest, increase my mana to 50 or increase my attack ???

would like to know the reason for your suggestion as well so tht i know the benefits and disadvantage of taking a decision....

2. I read in this thread earlier, i should first go for vampires and then skeletol bowmen.... will that be fine ??

My advice put it on knowledge. Until lvl 7 you can't have enough mana, cause raise build is strong. Lvl 8 is the ideal point to change to might build.

This is because of increasing size of army while raising is constant. Also since all your troops profit by attack there must be a certain point, where stating all on attack (except maybe 20 mana) is more profitable then raising.

Also take basic erudition thus you get another flexible stat point.

Concerning buildings for vamp and bows the decision is yours in the end you will need both.

@126 this is a little to unspecific. You should be able to raise more than once. Post a representive battlelog if you want to get more advice.

New question:
is it easier to do TG job at lvl8? I find it so dificult to do TG job at lvl7 while at lvl6 was so easy.
to 128: Yes, at lvl 8 with max infected zombies and vitality, ambushing is much easier.
TG at Lvl 7 for a Necro is VERY hard. I gave up on it and focused on hunts and MG. At Lvl 8, TG becomes possible again. I switched to a might build at Lvl 8 (Def and Vitality), and had pretty good success at TG. You'll want infected zombies, as they work well with the might build at Lvl 8. They also work extremely well on the MG monster quests.

Do u mean max zomb n skellies? I'm too skel dependant, when enemy reach my skel thats half dead 4 me!

Because I do not know.
The difficulty of caravans raises every lvl. But on lvl 7, 9, 11 necro doesnt get any special bonus. So on this lvl is ambushing hard.
On the other hand, on lvl 8 and 10 necro gets new units and arts, so ambushing is easier than.
