| They cost more because here we are 10 times less than ru players and more houses (82) to no of players than ru (there were around 320 houses). If we have 32 houses i could understand, but it's just not worth it. |

As I saw the list of successful bidders, most of them are multi, either
of .com or .ru. Too many of those having less battles in 30 days. Even there
is a lvl 3 is allowed to bid and buy an estate.
There won't be too big fluctuation on the market since those inactive multi
haven't been active on market before. The need of rare art from active players
won't change, maybe higher for the coming dwarves war and other events. |

The funny thing about estates is that many of the people who bought them almost never fight so they dont really need them. Who fights frequently and would use a 25% regeneration bonus just doesnt have to 900 000 for an estate. Paradox, isnt it? :-) |
