do we really need an estate?
spending about 400k-500k to get a house which only makes your recovery speed up by 10%,and takes you another 750k to make it to just 40%?
15min*0.4=6min,is this 6 minutes really worthy of 1200k? and also faster recovery means more battle and more AP cost,if you wear full arts,how many battles can you afford per day?
hum,make money from it? ok lets see,you need another 550k to get full rooms for rent. and how many players do you think would like to rent it? it's said that you need at leat 2 years to get your investment back.

estate is a rare thingy that can bring some income....
and at least they can do something with the gold... not just sitting on them or sleep....

Many are lvl 5 or so with 2M+ gold, then you know why so many bidders crazy on the estate.
Anyway, it's a good way to wash out gold from those inactive alternatives.
Make them spend millions on nonsense things. |

| As for me, on .ru i bidded 14 seconds before end of the auction, and won, because 12 seconds before end server crashed %) Prices on estates increased on ~250 during last hour. Be ready :) |
A new unprecedented market mechanics will be implemented upon the final minutes of Estates auctions.
Whenever a successful bid on any Estates auction occurs at the moment where there is less than 5 minutes time until the end of that auction, that auction gets extended to full 5 minutes since the bid moment.
In other words, an Estates auction will only end in case if full 5 minutes have passed since the moment of the last successful bid.
