Do these multis deserve to be blocked, and not just severely fined or something?
There's a possibility (no matter how remote) some non-speaking player, who don't visit the forums (not surprising since they don't understand English), saw the Estates available for bidding in the market, and thought since their alts have enough gold to make a bid, then proceeded to make one with their alt?
I mean, I have seen multis financing their mains to the tune of millions,a nd those only got fined, not blocked. And here (maybe at the spur of the moment thingy), someone made a bid (can't withdraw it even if he/she realized it's not legit later on by the way), and got a perm block?
Generally speaking, isn't repeatedly financing your mains on countless occasions (even if they do it repeatedly, they just get a heavier fine each time) be viewed as a more serious infringement of the rules?
Of course, my opinion here wouldn't matter if the rules specifically states (never day it before though) that it's against the rules itself not to read the rules. :)

Funny, I didn't notice any great increase in Empire's treasury. I could have sworn Empire had about this much gold, give or take a couple of million, before the real estate sales. At one point, she had way more than this. | There has been. Prior to Estate sales, Empire was at less than 300 millions, 297 or something. No it stands at more than 370 millions.
BTW, you can see the Estate sales on the transfer log.

Come on now, the dude is third level and hasnt done much of anything but enroll. With such a limited amount of estates out there, for players like that to own three, while others who have played this game hard got beat out? It just seems like it isn't right. Just my opinion.
I invested my gold in weapons and really dont care about owning an estate, although they are cool. I just wish there werent so many campers who bought them. If you really disagree with him having so many, boycott his estates. Or try to buy it out from him. Don't make it into a case of sour grapes or whatever. We do not know what will happen next or what the locations will have in the future (the new artifact factories) for us to speculate if the estates truly are worth the cost..
Please don't compare ru with com, we are more than just a clone of that server.

you think it's easy to just enrollz and keep it 'freeze' for years..., it's a PAIN.. try be one if you could... but now work penalty announced, so you can't ;P
logically they banned at ru. because the server was 'flooded; people need work and someone who just enrolled but 'not play' thought as economic disturber...
and even Tamplier(the millionaires) have 3 house, he need to sell one of it because got lack of money for other house upgrade :P (most millionaires was got blackout brain when they saw they have a lot of money, while they used it all)

So, we have 64 buyers who own 81 houses (btw, wasn't 82 when start auction??).
I grouped them after 2 categories, the race they excel in (i take the highest racial for each) and the current race (note: here almost everyday the situation can change).
The buyers: wiz (26), knight (10), DE (8), barbs (7), necro and demons (5), elfs (3).
The current buyers race: DE (17), wiz (16), necro (10), knight (8), barbs (6), elf (5), demon (2).
Obs: maybe because of the difficulty of some high level players, the DE are ahead.
We have 7 low level players (lvl 3-5), 14 middle level players (lvl 6-8), 31 high level players (lvl 9-11) and 12 very high level players (lvl 12-14).
Let's approach the statistic on houses:
81 sold, 15 each in GC and SH, 12 each in EB, BG and YL, and 5 each in poor areas :p like MC, RoH and ST. But you knew that.
The average price of a house was 939272.42 gold.
Average price by area:
1153359.00 - YL; 1068801.20 - GC; 910552.42 - EB; 869376.17 - BG; 832782.20 - MC; 830307.47 - SH; 823512.80 - RoH and 822702.00 - ST.
Another thing, the empire sold houses for a total of 76081066. |
