how do you 'enter' your Estate?
Same how you enter a facility. but you don't need to enter to gain the benefits. You do need to enter if you are renting a room from someone.
And once you have entered, and speedy recovery takes effects, do you have to stay till 100% before leaving the Estate? Or can u just go in, let the speedy recovery takes effect, and then u can leave the Estate and travel to another location?
The recovery effect applies only while you are in that map location and ends once you leave. |
When market estate auction will go to end will they add some extra time if last bid placed less than 30 sec. till the auction ends?
Actually i dont know much about auctions... never use one when need to overbid someone. |

If i mean right:
We allowed to collect gold, maximum 30% of earned things.
Loan allowed for this example till one month.
Players must pay when using it!
Artifact not to storing here.

What it means is that you are allowed to take a loan, but the loan must be returned in 1 month and must be within 30% of the player's property. The repayment of the loan must occur even if you have to sell the estate to do so.
Only 1 player can own the estate, no sharing is allowed. All players besides the owner and his/her spouse must pay to stay there and the payment must be similar to market price.
Only the owners' artifacts may be stored there.

Yes, i know that, but i use this for my actual things....
I buy and sell lot of things, do working, hunting, do MG, thieving, give repair discount, ect.
For example my incoming gold is 1.000.000 in the actual month.
I bought TGI for 500.000 in the middle of month.
How many is my 30% in the end of month?
a.) 300.000. real 30% impossible to calculate it.
b.) 150.000. unreal 30% according to the rules :) |
The rules about gift could be easily abused.
I have seen too many players sending gifts to some certain players monthly.
How could one judge if they are not mult? they follow 30% rule, but month by month, there are no other than cheating. For example, someone's 30% gift
was 450k gold....
A better rule for gift should be like no gift allowed from higher combat level to lower combat level or some other rules like that. Just make those non-active battler player can't enroll and send gold to so-called "friends". |
