True?? Are you serious? Wearing full arts (some of them are enchanted) and earn something like 400 gold is not what you called 'gain money' |

But anyway, I am not sure if it was intended from the start. |

So?? It's not easy to achieve that level you know. TGI is an investment / reward for players who worked so hard to achieve TG 2 or TG4 (before update). |

| I'm not drawing any conclusions there, h4nd, I'm just noting that players did use TGI renting as a source of money, and that won't be possible any more. I think the original poster was correct in calling that a true statement. As Omega22 said, it will still be possible to buy TGI for real money in order to sell (basically to get a better rate of diamonds to gold). I'm not sure how serious a downward pressure that would put on TGI prices, though. Essentially you'd create a secondary market of gold farming for real money. by way of purchased TGIs, and the sellers would of course want the highest price they could get. |
well.. OK, maybe "so hard" isn't the right word :p
But it took times to do it. And back then, Admin decided that it is something that should be given a reward. And now, they change their mind.

I'm just being straightforward here and saying that each of us have our own opinions, and are entitled to express it, but never should one lambast the Admins for the technical character of the game.
The majority of us established players have been waiting for the update, and now once it has arrived after quite a long wait, here are some narrow-minded players who show no gratitude for it. I know, as many of us do, that some mechanics have been altered and changed. So what? If its part of the game, lets just get along with it. No point in voicing your opinion and using words like "corrupt" and such.

I might be wrong, but I believe you don't actually get a TGI for your diamonds, just entrance into the Thieves' Guild. So there'd be no way to sell an 'invitation' bought with diamonds. |

Well if you buy the invitation with Diamonds you still get one at TG5, so for 80 diamonds you can get about 400k gold.
But to reach TG5 you need about 400k gold :) |
