Serious questions guys. Don't joke around like this is a OGF topic please. |
Can we Chat during the battle?? |
you can chat in the game chat, but the combat chat will be hidden (as in usual blindfold battles) |
Oh so we cant unite against strong player.
Just a luck based tourny!! |
for darmogathel:
It just mean you must find a way to communicate without using any chat. You can show that you want to go after someone else if you obviously move to attack Player B by walking past Player A without doing anything to him.
Or helping Player A defend against player B instead of joining Player A in attacking her..
There is trust issues, but not really luck issues. |
Serious questions guys. Sorry my apologies.
OK serious question with clarification request regarding Arctic's post
And a new feat: From now on, it is not possible to participate in two tournaments in a row while staying on one combat level with the necessary experience already gained. Is this referring to separate tournaments, such as those with different beginning and ending dates?
This was possible before, but not anymore. When a player attempts to pay a tournament participation fee with his(her) experience over his(her) combat level, (s)he will be refused. If I understand correctly this means that when I pay the participation cost for a tournament I can then keep participating at that level even if I gain enough experience go up a level. I wont go up that level until I take part in a non-tournament combat. After I go up a level I can then pay the participation cost for that new level and compete in the same tournament at the new level.
Anyone who can verify if this is correct please do so, thanks. |

That is correct.

That is what I understand too. |
Reiterating Pang's question from post#52.
I assume that the Tavern Luck Drink won't be available in the Tournament?
I still fail to see why the Gamblers Guild benefit is treated as an artifact when other guild benefits (attack from Hunters Guild and defense from the Labourers Guild) are not.
Grunge |
The drink gives AP, so it's considered as an artifact. So you can't use it in the tournament, just like from elements from merc guild (well, you can use them, but with no effect on your fighting abilities), thief arts from thief guild, hunter arts from the hunter's guild... |
So, we have to pay the fee every time we want to join or we just have to pay once? |
Once for each level. |
Errgg.. Hate these battles lol. People are so prone to teaming up on teh demon.. knights and necro and wizard are the best for this.. worst, demon, elf... then barb and DE aren't too great either. |
you can always use the chat room and see if you can meet some of them lol
if this is bad, arctic, you can try deleting before anyone else sees it :) |
some enlightenment on this one please:
- If a player does not fight continuously, the troops begin to act independently. In order to reduce the probability of troops' waywardness or to regain control over independent ones, it is necessary to undertake military actions against an enemy, i.e. attack, cast spells etc.
1) how many idle turns a player has before any of his(her) troops gets 1% chance of incontrol?
2) how is this percentage increased on the next idle turn? |
I think Defensiv Knight will rule this tourny. |
1 question
i only will fight with that same lvl with me? |
i only will fight with that same lvl with me?
Yes. Groups of 6 players of the same level will be fighting in each battle. |
i don't think i will participate in this tournament since elves tend to really get the first blows from everyone (maybe besides shrews). Except from unicorns/treefolk/druids all my units would be dead after the first turn so there is no point in participating :( |
but if you win or loose your experience doubled, its hard to get the chance. am i right ? |
