Good choice leaving the Moderator position on the Forums, Kotrin. But leaving the Complaints and applications - Violations in tavern and battles squad? Another emotional decision that does hurt the community...
I think you can place your passion back into the game as a player and a leader of your war-clan. The community knows we had our fair share of arguments over the many months, but rarely does Logic trump Emotion when the latter has a ban-hammer.
Your obsession with Failure has inevitably led you down this path. Take it how you may, but TRY to take it easy, fella, don't burst a blood vessel over a game ^^

Sad case here... Big loss for the forum community, but an even bigger loss for the Complaints and applications - Violations in tavern and battles squad, like limustudotcom stated. We will miss you and your ban hammer.
Also like limustudotcom stated: I think you can place your passion back into the game as a player and a leader of your war-clan. Your war clan will be one of the greater ones, so keep up the good work...

How could I be both an awfully partial and insane moderator and a fair and balanced judge? That makes no sense. Integrity can't be cut in slices. Of course, now cheaters will roam even more free than before but you can't have your cake and eat it. |
Even though I did not agree with the way Kotrin acted as a forum MOD no one can argue over his commitment to the server and the amount of time and effort he put in.
I also like him as a player and respect his attitude towards cheats, his achievements with WG & WGW etc and he was outstanding at dealing with CaA insults and staged battles (pity he resigned from here too).
I hope he can enjoy his retirement and start enjoying the game more again. |
