Hereby I would like to say thanks for your hard work as a mod!
However (as well known even on forums) our clans are not very 'friendly' to each other and also in my oppinion u might sometimes overdoing your work as a mod, I say u deserve some respect from the LWM community for your spended time on trying keep forums cleaner!
I am sure it was a hard job at all and also u had many conflicts connected to your mod-job.

It will be interesting to observe how the forum going to behave now.
IMO nothing will change since it's already a sinking boat... meaning mods are redundant ATM. |

#27 I don't hate Kotrin, I don't love Kotrin. I don't know if he made good things or if he made bad things, I also don't care. Whatever was or happened or whatever I might not know, just won't serve as an excuse fom making a childish topic.
Suppose (as you already did) I did not know anything about him, his past or his actions, relations to the admins or server. What would I think looking at the recent events and this topic? I'd see a not so professional attitude from someone that has been involved for a long time in managing this game's forum, making me question the other people that trusted him and the game itself.
What is the purpose of this topic? Is he expecting someone to come here to beg for his return? Or is he trying to prove that he won't be banned for making a topic with a title that he would've banned if it wasn't made by him?
What I see here is a behavior common to 12 year old kids taking their toys and going home, then looking for revenge in it's worst form.
I repeat, I don't know who he is, what he used to be or what he used to do, but judjing on this topic and on the recent all-known events, that's what comes to my mind.

I am sorry it came to this but I wont lie, I think you made the right decision to step down.
I hope you can get back to playing and enjoying the game and wish you the best of luck.
For those of you who think this is about "arrows" in posts or even me v's Kotrin you are wrong. This goes back to before I was playing and I am just a minor figure in it all.
I mailed Kotrin suggesting we put this behind us as it was never "personal" for me but just trying to stand up for what was right and justice for ALL. Unfortunately I cannot post his reply or I would be justifiably banned for foul language but I say again, I hold no hard feelings over any of this and dont see anyone as winners or losers. |

Actually, there are a thousand plus losers in this situation. That would be all of us regular players that have to watch the public misbehavior, dereliction of responsibilities, and childish disputes of staff members charged with supporting US. Apparently it was a more important use of their time to fight amongst themselves over who was right in a series or petty arguments. There were certainly no winners, but there are a great many losers.
For anyone who has ever worked in any public facing job. There is almost always, without fail, a rule about not having disputes in front of the customer. There is a very good reason for this rule. It causes the customer to doubt the integrity of the entire business.
That cardinal rule of customer service was forgotten here and we, the customers, are rightly concerned. As a group, the staff of this game has failed us... miserably. |
