¤ Insults in battles, tavern, private mail. Swearing, rudeness, threats, flood.
- first infringement, 5,000 gold
- second infringement, 10,000 gold
- third infringement, 20,000 gold
- fourth infringement, 40,000 gold
- fifth infringement, 100,000 gold
- sixth infringement = character block.

I would guess it depends on whether they feel another fine will make you stop.
Maybe rather than ask "can I get away with one more time" just stop doing the illegal actions.

i believe penalty, they will block only if you are out of control.

| Normally, they don't block. Block happens in rare cases. The cases mentioned above are for begging and rudeness. If they are harsh, then you could be in trouble. But if you've sent just a PM to attract a customer, I don't think you'll or you should get any more than 1k fine, if it hasn't been too much repeatedly infringed upon even after several warnings. |
There is possibility of premature block in exceptional cases.
You will either get blocked or get 20k punishment
It is a subjective call by the keeper dependant on the nature of your illegal activities
Don't break the rules and you should be fine.

no in the past few days wrote mails to customers for buying my arts. (no abuses)

1 mail is not consider spam in my opinion.
but if you send mail repeatly after he/she ask you to stop and you didnt listen, that is definitely a spam and can be reported. |
