i don't understand one thing: we are supposed to have "unlimited defeats".
Which would mean that, technically, we can play until we score 20 wins. But how is a win calculated?
I had 22 battles and 82 points (which means that in some cases i got second to fourth), but now the systems don't let me in, saying "you have completed the tournament".

artifact part is related to performance. same in POT we get more part with highest level beaten and lump sump in the end based on crystal.
so in this tourney all player have chance to get artifact part up top 80 points (which is high enough) but artifact part for 85 and 90 points is for top performer. |

You are considered winner on gold medal, i.e 90% win ratio from 20 battles. ( Not only 1 player win gold medal here )

That being said, it means everyone can win bronze medal at-least. Thats why its 'Blindfold +' and not 'Blindfold'. |
| I did win a silver- got lazy and a couple of auto battles ruined it. Gold was gettable with total concentration and best its, but most battles were won with "grace" arts, except the sword. Since the AI ignores defensive builds it was fairly easy in the beginning. But then, a strange thing happened. The Tamer elf appeared to be tasked to the knight. Last 3-4 games, the tamer DE went hammer and tongs for me from the start. The AI was good enough to recognise aimed shot and stayed away. |

Why did I lose two rounds of control for my enforcers in this battle?

There were no dark demons and I didn't drink before the battle. My enforcers were not hypnotized or mind controlled. Instead of following my order, they first ran to attack the wyverns and then ran themselves into the death spot surrounded by the rival tribal troops. :-( |

There's a random chance each move. the less you killed, the more likely you are to go wayward. Also each turn the likelihood increase. Some battles you can defend for 3 turns, nothing happens, other times 1st move will be wayward.
However I think troops can not go wayward if they can not reach the ennemy. This is why top and bottom players have two large creatures facing the center, everything behind can not go wayward, except if it is flyer or shooter. |
