I'd hate to compare it to this, but it's handled much like a real life job. Sometimes you can have a great resume and expertly written cover letter, but what you have to offer simply isn't what's required. Giving a personalised response just opens the moderator team up to further criticism.
Next time the recruitment process opens, things may be different. But again, at this point in time, don't expect to see a huge change in management immediately. |

In fact , im 100% sure admins didn't even saw that.
It was implemented because it was suggested by many in .ru forums , i still remember how forum was flooded when that feature was implemented ;) |

There are better ways to communicate with mods or the mods chiefs.
Creating a topic while slammering mods names, admins names and everyone involved is not a good way of making you populair. Certainly not if you want to join the moderator community.
We as mods have been very kind and patient about this topic, even when you talked bad about a few of us.

| I've met many mean persons in my life so far and Especially in this game I have seen many "mean" players , Being "mean" has actually become a fashion now and many people follow it to make people think that they are of a superior order.. I can name a few people in this game so far :)sorry i didn't get it brother. |
Well if you try looking it as a serious note , its not hard to guess that i had done it intentionally.
And i did that because it is totally counter related to this forum.
And about complaining , i mentioned before also.. im not complaining , im just curious.. and i just want to know the general procedures and stuffs. |

Played a large amount of online games and I have surely experienced this alot. The first characteristic that comes to their mind when talking about adults is being mean but in contrary adults are actually really friendly like most of the lwm population.

@angel of death - Stop being so rude to pravin j , You do have a point , You also have lots of experience But not everyone does.. What if pravin is a slow learner? He is surely better than you in a few aspects of life and what if he was rude to you in those things? Im really sorry for being so rude but i didnt have the patience to read the entire thing , so i do not know if i said something wrong.
Dearest sir, this wasn't my intention in any moment to being "rude" to anybody on this thread or in any other as well.
Do you agree every human being has his own particular way to react and think about subjects and solutions? We can call this IQ, human formation, society where he/she was born, genes or whatsoever that may contribute for a personalisation of indivudal character. I just prefer to face the true, shortly and crude, I don't like rainbows and a such, only people who wants something does in return that, like thiefs, politicians, scammers, sellers (Have you stop to ever think, how much they could harm a person, with terrible offers, only because they'll profit 5% or so, on it? Ridiculous), and so on Surely not ever politician, seller, publisher or whatever must be a 'mean' person, or has a plan that will not benefit the society wide idea, but generally this is how it mostly often works.
In any moment I 'wanted' to be a jerk, I also tried to guide Prajin when he e-mail me, that this behavior may lead for a ban, and what he's doing, will not solve this case, will not include any solution, and his intetions may be a little too compromised for his own benefits for it's own good. Then sometimes, the best way to say something, is being the most direct and objective as possible, without rainbows nor sweet chocolate words, only the true and nothing else. Surely you may disagree with me, and I totally respect your point of view, but that is how I'm, and how I think, and I'll not change because of you or nobody.

So I read through a few pages so far , Some people in here are really immature with their talks ( I am nobody to judge being an inactive level 5) . Some people are trying their best to Show vengeance on mods ( im not Kissing the mod's " you know" ) But what i just said is the truth ( trust me i would never want to be a mod and who knows? I would never be eligible to be one ) , Some people need to grow up and learn to respect others , Im sorry but manners is really important in a public forum . So the overall say of moderators so far is - Try to take a stand on our shoes.
Exactly .. Being a moderator is not easy and being active Lots of hours a day only shows you are somebody with lots of spare time Which probably means you're a teen whose in school (18-). Im sorry guys but i find it really disgusting to show your personal vengeance on moderators..
I think the best Solution for this is being in close contact with moderators . I think most moderators are Surely very friendly . Who knows? you may even get a close friend. |

It's a really hard task and job being a mod, definitely it's not easy to attend community's issues, try to solve all problems doing their best, and yet be called as "not enought."
Put fingers is so easy, find fails is so obviously... But do better? Who will? |
