:(( very sad........ earning a reputation is no easy task.... and , yr all troops die..... so ,troops regeneration starts from 0%..
Is there any level 10 knight who didn't upgrade to recruits yet ?
Not sure if it can help, but I've got 109 farmers at lvl 11 with 0 faction level.
Taking your example, how many farmers does a level 10 hero have ?

buddy, i m just use a simple example to explain. so, you can understand easier on why you can cut down low tier and recruit high tier unit.

i dont know the actual formula NOR the amount of extra farmer you get per level :)
Ther is one certitude though: at high CL and racial a knight would have more xbows than recruits :) (my case - 130 recruits vs 135 xbows without rally)

Does anybody have a formula from witch you can calculate how many farmers you get, for each level and faction skill ?
1. Does volley damages are twice higher against close range troops?
2. What if part of the volleied troops aren't in close range? Do some receive twice more dmg, and other standart dmg?

From what I've noticed, it seems that 1. is true, but I'm not sure, as bows damage is quite random.
for Slust:

1.
dmg in range: shot 100% volley 50%
dmg out range: shot 50% volley 25%

2.
if part of the volleied troops aren't in close range,
then they're both calculate seperately.
in range troops suffer 50% dmg,
out range troops suffer 25% dmg.

It just depend on your style. For me,I prefer full attack with basic leadership+rally to boost the morale and let the swordmen cut through enemy ranks.

It would be really helpful if you could point out what could have i (multi.. BabRambev) done different to win it ...

for lastpuff:

I would have used archers to take out all goblins in 1 shoot. And then hero and remaining archers focus to kill the 3 wolfs. This way you would have killed all retail takers.
And maybe focus your points more in deference and less in offense.

which want is better for a max sword,battle frenzy or cold blade?
cold blade description:troops deal 10% more water damage so i assume it was also apply to range unit.
is that true?
Battle fury is much better for swordsmen. Yes, cold blade increase both melee and range damage.
for hpsim:
use battle fury for max swords build but archery when using max x-bows....
normally in hunt using max bow, i used advanced fortun and escort.
so between archery and luck, which one is better?
well...if u r kinda lucky then u may take luck but archery may be better cuz it provides 20% damage for ranged plus 10% melee damage n u can also take basic morale so ur turn would come faster...it is really what u prefer...
i hardly get archery to work at your level since you have only 1 shooter unit and your unit wasnt fast enough to make more attack.

i just stick with luck or morale at your level for my range unit :)

of course, you can have fury and archery work for you if you are not magic knight. that's the only way to increase dmg output to overcome the unstable dmg output.
