it is all about the AP equipped.
let's say both players join battle with 0 AP, same combat level, didnt make any teamkill. both of them will get same exp and fsp. |

exscort still work even through the creature attack yours' have no retal creatures.
still, escort in mostly use in pvp combat and not hunt.
for me, i select escort to make good use of the taent point i have for the current lvl(25). at higher lvl, some choose escort to unlock certain talent in the talent wheel. |
| Escort is very usefull against no retail units that haven't much hp like shrews, anyway as said above escort isn't so usefull in hunts, it's good for pvps and caravans(ambushing). |
escort is pretty good for caravans in lvl 6 and 7.escort works perfectly at lower lvls but at higher lvls it's effect dims.
I myself won many caravans by escort. |
At all my pvp battles agains my main barb or additionals DE and necro
Scort never works well, thats a waste of talent point to pvp at my opnion... |

In hunts, no. Escort is all but useless in hunts/MG quests. But it's very useful in ambushes (where a ton of enemy stacks gang up on just one of your stacks) and also in some PvP situations :) |
is it worth it at level 6 to start doing mercenary battles?? i feel like it's so hard at this poiint that it's just a waste of arts/money.

it is worth if you got element as your reward since some element can sell up to 2000 gold.
but the chance you get rewarded with an element is random and depend on your luck.

merc quest get harder by the number of the same quest you complete.
it doesnt depend neither combat level or guild level.
eg:vanguard of wizard(1) will be harder thanvanguard of wizard(0).
you still get the same amount of enemy either you are combat level 6 or 15. |

is it worth saving/getting a loan to buy diamonds for crossbow upgrade?
and on the loan aspect, is that legal? lol and who or what guild would be good to see if it is? |
| If you intend to participate in tourneys, and do well, the crossbow is definitely worth it. If you're doing anything else, though, it can wait. |

some clan need you to donate before you can loan.
but is best to wait till lvl 8 to get cross |
