I think mana recovery is the best option for hunts
For mgs :- Still i would suggest mana recovery
If u doing higher lvl Army then take advance erudiction for the first try n then kill high initiative creatures in first try after tht go for mana recovery against slow creatures in second try :)
Will rushing enchanted Garg a good thing? Is investing the money in equipment better than saving for upgrading?

Yes obviously..they have 7 speed (1 extra) so they are very usefull

Not at all...I think u should give first priority to upgrades n then go for artifacts :)
Getting enchanted Garg is the first priority for a Wiz :P

No...Its nt a gud idea
U can try might build frm lvl 8 onwards but might build is nt very gd in hunt,mg

I thought it is good only in full ap with a lot of defense.. because in min AP it has very low def.

I have seen many Might wizards playing cg at lvl 8-9 but i was nt impressed by anybody coz its obvious tht u cnt expect garg to have dmg like Orc chief
But after lvl 10 i must say tht they r very impressive especially coz of moden golem n phantom ability..

If u see in min ap then magi's dmg is very gd (coz of opponents low defence) also u can see some grt moves with genies n priceless defence of garg... :)
If you want to see some might wizard battles, there are some in posts #51 (min ap) and #97 (CG, full ap) ^^

Level 7 is too early. In almost all situations better be caster wizard until level 12...

I did not mention anything about levels). When I turned at lvl 10, I thouht it was not good, but players trying at earlier levels said they did good. I personnally have no input to give for lower than lvl 10, so arguing about it would be pointless.

I would not before lvl 11. Level 12 is probably even better; lores are a good addition and then sphynx are just way better (you get 6 instead of 4 at 11).

Holy magic is expensive for wizard. One reason I recommended lvl 12 is because you don't have enough talents until then to take expert holy with enough mass spells.
The other reason, as His Slustiness noted, magi are too weak for might build. Even if they manage to survive enough, their magic punch is not very strong, and only have 3.
Lores on the other hand, deliver more damage with the punch, have more mana, and also can fireball or chastice (which is a huge advantage)
