and i think their is a need to start a new knight faction topic
yea, mithril arts give a little magic resistance. You can check them out in the art shop :)
you can also enchant your arts to give more magic resistance, although that way is a bit expensive....

You can also use Cape of winds or Cape of arcane protection against wizards.

And I don't see why we need a new knight faction topic.
is their any art to buy so that i can survive wizard magic?? and will i be able to defeat them later

Mithril set give u roughly 15% magic proof, cape of arcane protection give you 15% magic proof,
But Wizard item can give them them roughly 25% pierce through magic resistances.

If you want survive wizard magic, you can try to use Barrier Talent and maybe train wizard fsp to earn 3% resist/fsp. CMIIW
try to not get barrier at lower level, just get cape of wind will do.

most caster will just spam lightning on your troops. cape of arcane protection is not good enough on counter zap BUT it can be useful to encounter debuff spells.

and, just try to not duel with wiz, you need alot burst actions to kill them with haste

-faction lvl 5 (close to 6)
-HG 3 (close to 4)
-TG 2
-MG 1

i hunt with min arts: MoB, RS, DS

i like to know wich talents are best for me in thiefing and hunting...
before i go might with luck, rally, moral. but a friend told me that
it is better to use luck, holy magic, adv. holy magic...

what u guys think???

well, i just apply fallen knight in 1 of my hunt assist. well, it work well as usual. but, i was feel like 9 turns of debuff spells are totally overkilled ;p the hunt end within 4 turns LOL

but, i would say good teamwork still needed :)

Can somebody view this battle and tell me about any mistakes I made? I want to know if I could've done anything better (disrupt guards instead of crossbows, maybe?).

Or is it just that a holy knight's going to kill a combat knight anyday...
It was because he was holy, mass holy spells help ALOT

rofl, i would say you are just bad luck. he trigger alot luck and morale than you even both of you have same 1 morale and luck. i think that's the main point of your losing.

beside, i wonder WHY the hell you take avoidance talent. it is quite a USELESS talent in ambush. you should get defense mastery or morale talent.

anyway, i did mention in a few page before. 'magic built > offense built > defense built > magic built', this is from my passed experience after i duel with a few knights. something like rock, paper and scissor.

i only lose on knight with full defense stats and defend talent; my magic built (no matter holy or dark) had not lose to any offense knights before (i got some links afew page before, even encounter 1 level higher knight). BUT, i havent meet any magic knight like me in duel ;p

even so, it is not absolute on magic built will pawn offense built. as i mentioned above, you dont have enough burst action and luck befall.

Hmm I guess Fallen Knight is more for Poison-users. I havent tried poison knight yet but will try when I have enough gold.

Just switched back to pure might built for some training without magic. I depended on it too much without looking for alternative strategies :S
i am switching over to a magic knight and am wondering if i should have 2 in spell power and one in knowledge or 2 in knowledge and one in spell power? any advice would be great thanks!

Neither. At lvl8 u can afford a few more points in both sp and knowledge. You can get attack and defence from arts (atleast, that's what i do :)

seriously, after applied magic built for so long since lv8, i feel like i cant live without magic as a knight even i used half might built before that XD

invest 2 Sp + 2 Kn for a Lv8 is more than enough :) all you need is bless and rapid in most cases for hunt. if you are planning to TG as well, get 3 Sp + 2 Kn to get stone skin to work.

after lv10, you will have a new stats setup to go with :)

also, read all links in 65th page of this topic. you will understand why do you need so many Sp and Kn.

IMO, you should decide which path you want to go with. might, magic or hybrid?

we got alot knights ask this similar question. but, sorry to tell you that we DONT have standard answer for this.

we got alot knights go with might path; same to magic path. you just have to find out which is more suitable to you.

ofc, you can read all links in 65th page of this topic to study the advantage of might and magic as well.

*i just wonder is 65th page of this topic become summary of all important questions on might and magic built ;p
I just level up to level 7, what talents shopuld i take? And should i begin investing points in knowledge?
I forgot to say, i mainly do hunt and MG
expert holy magic is very good for clv10 kni, trust me , and i dont want to proof it :)
