After several attempts, I finally managed to win, but I can't understand my score :
Day 16.

| I saw my friend did the quest, but he only got 70 points. He won only because of luck! I play the same way with him. I admire ppl who get 100 pts, I think they have found the clue. For ppl with 70 pts, they just lucky! |
No, why, EROCS? this is a good answer, let's hear it back.
Acila:
Your score of 70 out of 100 is simply the salary that you negotiated at the inn in the beginning. 70/100 earns you 700 gold, 80/100 = 800 while 100/100 = 1000 gold. You only earn gold the first time that you complete it tho so if the gold is important to you then figure out how to get the salary to 1000 before you complete the quest. |

Thanks Arctic, I didn't think what I'd posted was giving too much information either. ;) I'd read every post on this thread to get a good feel for what would be spoiler information before spending the time to help folks without giving key info away. If you only chose the same options at the inn each time you'd never have any idea why you were scoring 70/100 each time no matter how well you performed the job itself and you'd get pretty darned frustrated.
Arctic is choosing "wait" before attacking working as you'd intended? I've yet to cause it to give a "critical hit". It's always causing me to deal either normal damage or 0 damage. |

Just for extra fun I decided I would maximize my attack and defense while still just barely winning. The results would have been even higher if a bunch of Satyr hadn't hit me in round 14. lol
