What do you mean? I need no downside to this? You can still skip hunts. Ok maybe a bit more xp for easy ones but also x3 the points.
Admins have twice increased minimum experience on easy hunts, now cumulate 2-3 difficulty progressions on easy hunt. To me, it is another attempt to increase CL progression.
One issue I find is experience given out. It seems that with 3x hg points, there is no 3x experience and 3x fsp. This will be issue as players with low hg levels are going to benefit a lot with it. As HG is one guild which gives huge experience. Now, players will be able to level up hg sooner for little expert points gained.
Arcanide gains 1900 exp, +3 HG points, 266 gold and 1.1 skill points.

Kind of agree, there should be 3x experience to be honest. However, for new players, the way to get pumped is to play WG and AG up to maybe level 10 and get HG points from events. Then once you reach level 10, all hunts will likely be 3 HG points and you can pump HG from then on. If you start HG from level 1, a lot of hunts might not have 3x HG points yet, depending on how the admins calculate the threshold

At the end of the day I think I still don't understand how the update will stop level campers
On day of hunt assist, people used to pair up hunts so that first player can get 50% more HG points.

Now it's not possible to exploit the same for easy hunts.

For Day of Helpful Hunters, I think the second player is in a more advantageous position as they are basically getting free HG points (if they only kill 1% of enemy) while it is just like another Day of Hunters for the first player.

If this update was meant to only prevent the exploit on Day of Helpful Hunters, then I feel like it is very short sighted, just like increasing the minimum exp in hunts a few months ago, just to be reverted

I know, I was talking about before the change
I quite like this. But the threshold for whats easy seems to be set quite low.

Also the newer or rare hunt units have not been factored in for these calculations I think. For example, I just did a hunt killing Retiarius (130) which was very easy but since its a new unit, I got only +1 HG. Whereas for some other older units with similarly low difficulty I got +3 HG.
